THE CHATBOT
The chatbot appears in the colors and fonts and with the logo of your company. It is provided as a so-called iFrame that you can add to your website with a simple line of code. This also works with website builders such as wix.com or weebly. Our Eve is our own chatbot that performs many tasks for us.

The basic price includes two promotions, but more are of course possible. Choose from the promotions in the following list. You can then request an offer via our chatbot Eve:
Create and send documents automatically
Let the chatbot prepare documents such as offers or cover letters. Depending on your preference, these can be sent directly to the customer or forwarded to you for review first.
Direct forwarding to the responsible person with a suggested solution
Receive qualified inquiries including suggested solutions, which are automatically forwarded to the appropriate contact person.
lead creation in your database
New leads for callbacks or promotional mailings are recorded automatically – you always stay on top of your customer inquiries.
Automatic appointment scheduling
Customers can make appointments directly via the website, which are automatically added to their calendar.
Register for a course or webinar
Customers can check times and dates for courses or webinars and register straight away. If they wish, they will automatically receive an email confirmation.
REQUIREMENTS
Flexible
The chatbot can either be hosted by us on a server or directly at your site, depending on what you already have or want. For certain functions such as database access, sending emails or document storage, access to the corresponding systems must be guaranteed. This means that a bot that needs to have access to your file server must also be hosted at your site. Additional costs may apply for this, depending on the IT provider.
